Henry gets damage from horse
This bug occurs, when henrys stamina is worn out (about <10%) and then tries to jump on his horse by pressing space.
It is like Henry gets damage from falling, but since this is deactivated in the beta, that is not possible.

- Status changed from New to Acknowledged
Thats actually intentional behavior
Player gets damage from colliding with other entities (NPCs, animals). This is happening because we want player to be able being killed by an enemy rider. Or a wild boar, for example.
But that also goes both ways, you will be able to kill NPCs by riding over them.

While damage (to health) seems very reasonable for significant falls, being trampled by horses or certain types of ringen, these should be substantially damaging regardless of the stamina state.
For more minor nudges/falls/bumps by NPC/horse (often walking into/being walked into by accident in routine movement), the substantial wounding is inappropriate just because Henry has been running or jumping in the recent past. I do see some point to some penalty for injury when knocked while off balance/winded, but bruising has an effect more like fatigue (e.g. reducing the rested stat (and the stats/skills which rely on rest), rather than directly/solely by wounding.

some things have changed in the meantime.
You will still lose stamina when bumping into NPCs and animals, but you should not lose health anymore.
I have no full knowledge how exactly will it work though as my main test focus lies in quests.
You will have to wait for wair of r the full game to learn that I suppose
